Preparation of Final Paper/ Presentation
All final submissions will be done through the EDAS system. A final 4-6 pages paper in standard IEEE double columns format will be required for publication of IEEE Xplore. Below are the required things with submission of final manuscripts.
An IEEE copyright form needs to be completed for each paper before submitting your final paper. EDAS will guide you to the related page during submission.
IEEE PDF eXpress
All final papers must be IEEE Xplore ® compatible PDFs. Please refer to how to use PDF Xpress service, HERE, and use IEEE PDF eXpress to validate/generate the final paper (WoW 2020 Conference ID: 47795X).

For Oral Presentations
Every presenter will be given 15 minutes for presentation plus 3 to 5 minutes for discussion, including Q&A. Presenters will have to upload their files of presentation notes on the provided PC or laptop 15 minutes before the beginning of the technical session.
For Poster Presentations
At least one person among the authors should be present in front of the poster during the presentation time.
If there is no presenting author, the paper is considered as “no show”. Detailed poster information will be displayed later.
No Show Paper Policy
Accepted papers are requested to have at least one author to attend and present the paper at the conference. Authors of the accepted papers who do not attend the Conference will be subscribed to a “No Show List”. The “no-show” papers will be excluded from the conference proceedings and will not be included in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library.
